Author Topic: [script] That post isn't new! (update: remembers all viewed posts)  (Read 1971 times)

After the SSI https update many times posts I've already seen or even my own posts show up as (new). I've written a userscript to fix that.
I'm not sure about the compatibility of custom themes but feel free to try it.
As an added bonus when you hit the back button after looking at a topic the (new) button will disappear from that topic.

I normally can't be arsed with installing userscripts, but I think I will be using this one.

Thanks, but the optimal result on that page would actually be to delete the entire thread entry from the table. That's because the purpose of this page is to list topics that you have posted in that have 'new' replies. So the thread being in the list at all means it's marked as new.

also can you get it to work with the lamps too?

and i mean by these

Alright. I'll change that.

Woah, I didn't even know about that page!

Man, now I'm looking at old topics, and my stupid posts in them.

Works fabulously now, thanks.
