Clean out the cut, put on an antiseptic -> neosporin and bandage it.

I longboard, but I want to get a short board as well, just haven't gotten around to it. I am far better at inline skating, though.

started skating a little less than a month ago after 8 years (grim)

you learn pretty fast, i can land a pretty terrible ollie but i guess the height comes over time, all i can really say which has kind of helped me if you aren't doing it already is bend your legs a bit and pop as hard as you can

I can ollie and pop shuv it. That's it.

i can do a lot of sick spin moves on tony hawk american wasteland for the gamecube

I like to nose manual everywhere.

i haven't done much ever since i trashed my right ankle a couple years ago but i recently landed 3 pop-shuvit to manuals in my basement which was pretty cool

do you ride goofy or regular

I used to ride goofy, then I realized you cant do anything very easy riding goofy.

i literally just decided that if i went goofy then my hair would be in my face so i went reg lmao

u don't really just decide what your stance is
unless you just forced yourself to learn it

anyway here's my current board

Lol true the first time I ever stepped on a skateboard, my friend was teaching me "YOU PUT YOUR LEFT FOOT FORWARD ALWAYS" so I was skating with my left foot and I was wondering why I kept getting my loving ass kicked, then I changed my footing and it became 400x easier

master race

op, how2ollie regardless of stance

1. learn how2manual
2. put ball of kicking foot at center end of tail, toes of lead foot at center of board
3. push on the board like you would for a manual but add loads of force
4. JUMP, POINT lead foot's toes down, GRIND said toes upwards (the board should be pointing upwards by a good amount) along the board against griptape

these next parts are optional. once you get in the air you can bail into your neighbors mailbox or whatever but clean landings are nice too

5. level the board out in the air (bring kicking foot up to match the lead foot's height)
6. land on the bolts and ffs try not to stomp on the board like you're trying to break through an iced out pond it makes you look incompetent and sometimes hurts

timing is the hardest part. as soon as you get the movements down practice from a slow roll. i always practiced stationary and it made rolling ollies a lot harder for me
