Mhm. Leader duties can be split, like how you manage the forums and I manage the thread. This also fixes our recruiting style. If we both veto, the application will be denied. If we both accept, the application will be welcomed in. If we conflict votes (which isn't common, us being good friends with similar opinions) one of our captains will be used as a tie-breaker.
