I have never in my life met someone that wants to download a forgetton of software just to do a single thing

And with that software you have to trace edges or whatever, wich I can do in illustrator, but since the image has gradients n stuff it wont work well. Like not at all, itll look like stuff, seriously.

you literally just learned this:

You'd have to do it yourself. The way most 2D-3D programs work is using the image as a height map, and that one is chock full of gradients and light shadows that forget up the whole thing.

The little shine on the earth rises about 4x as high as the rest of the badge when turned to 3D.

IMO, When you first create an OP, you should include relevant information so that people aren't confused. You shouldn't have to include said information later in the thread. Especially not because someone had to argue to get that info out of you.

not that you pay attention to anything happening around you ever
otherwise look it up, teach yourself
it's not difficult
I taught myself an entire semester of algebra II so you can easily teach yourself this
