I like Red Bull, but I never felt a buzz from it. And I don't drink it commonly at all. Not sure I've ever bought my own can. But I've sipped a can on the rare occasion my dad has gotten himself one.
The only other energy drink I buy is Lucozade, which I think is quite different from your Monster/Relentless/Red Bull.
I rarely get these though. Maybe 1-3 bottles a year. Usually on a long car journey, and usually Orange.
I've also had Lucozade medicinally before, as it was designed as an energy drink for people who are sick.
Also,
pro tip: brush your teeth IMMEDIATELY after having this radioactive waste.
When I started drinking this stuff I got two parallel cavities instantly.
That was only drinking 2 - 4 a week for like 4 months.
forget that stuff about, "its bad for you :,,,("
No stuff it is, the real danger is losing your loving teeth.
This is bad advice.
Don't brush your teeth straight after drinking energy drinks, or cola. The acidity of the drink weakens your enamel, and then brushing them will literally scrape the enamel off. This does lasting damage if you do it regularly. And enamel damage is irreversible, leaving you susceptible to cavities and decay, and giving you sensitive teeth.
You should wait an hour after drinking before brushing, and should rinse your mouth with water straight after drinking, so as to wash away the acids left upon your teeth.
