dude that's my lunch. you practically just told me to stop lunching
You need a better lunch.

1$ energy can > 4$ coffee ):
A burger at McDonalds is way cheaper than a salad. The burger is still awful for you.
Coffee can be a cheaper and significantly healthier alternative for energy depending on how you take at it. Investing in a coffee pot / kurig is still cheaper than $1 a day energy drinks.

Drinking 1 soda every day with a semi-sedentary lifestyle guarantees around 10 pounds of weight gain every year. Imagine what energy drinks do to your body.

i do but not many things fill me up well enough for a buck haha.
the area around my school seriously lacks any place where you can get a decent lunch unless you want to pay like 3 bucks for one piece of grilled cheese

Jesus dude, are you sure you aren't able to get free lunches from your school? If your financial struggle is that bad you seriously need help.

free lunches from my school? ha. haha, my school cafeteria is even more expensive.
also financial struggle? i have a weekly lunch budget of 10$

Make your own lunch.
A loaf of bread costs £1, and gives 20 slices. That's 10 sandwiches, or 20 halves.
A pack of 30 wafer thin ham slices is £1.50. Given two slices per sandwich, that's 15 sandwiches.
A tub of butter is £1-2, and will last months.

For £2.50 you can make 10 sandwiches, enough for 10 days. That's 25p a day.
A can of Monster is £1.35. That's £13.50 for 10 days.

Of course, bread goes stale within 10 days, so it might last only 4-5 days.
That could mean just 4-5 sandwiches, but that's still 62p a day. Less than half the price of an energy drink.

Dude, lunches back at my high school were like 2.50 a day, you got all you needed. Do you go to private school or somethin?

Make your own lunch.

europe does not have the same schools as america

no time in the morning for this sadly. ):

instead of drinking an energy drink you should just get a trillion hours of sleep every night and make yourself a quick 5 course lunch with a raw vegan cheese sandwich on 101% whole wheat misery for the rest of your pathetic loving life, bro. it's healthier.

no time in the morning for this sadly. ):
Do it in the evening. Make your sandwiches before bed, wrap them up, and stick them in the fridge.
Ready to go in the morning.

What school do you go to jfc? I live in Europe and a school lunch costs at the very most 2 euros a day for a full hot meal.

make and pack lunch the night before
