So, at school today, a freshman pulled the fire alarm during 3rd period. A few minutes after that one was shut down, another person pulled it. After it shut off, we went to our fourth block. Near the end of 4th block, it got pulled. Again. The alarm went on until 4th block got released to 5th block. In 5th block, it got pulled again. The administrators announced over the intercom that doing this results in a 500$ fine, jail time, and suspension from school. It then proceeded to get pulled 2-3 more times. It's not the senior prank, because that already happened last week. The fire department had to come up here every single time it got pulled just to turn it off, and it apparently costs the school thousands.

Yeah the person/people who did it deserve a suspension for causing major disruption, possibly even a fine if they have wasted firefighters' time with false calls.

At our school they have a preventive lid you have to life before you can press the button and when you lift a tiny alarm goes off, drawing all attention to you so everyone sees who did it

Some fire alarms squirt out a black ink that stains the skin and clothes, much like those in ink packs. It's to identify who pulled the alarm.
