The case is that in California you can now register to vote when you get your drivers license. However, there's also a pre-existing law that lets illegal immigrants qualify for drivers license.
It's possible that immigrants getting drivers licenses may attempt to register to vote, and not be picked up by the system as not being elligible.

oops thats a little loophole that the gov didnt think about

or maybe they did, spoooky

Illegals shouldn't be allowed to vote, period.

Some states are allowing them to vote.

What next? An illegal president?

What happened to US born citizens only?

I can't find any cases of states allowing illegal immigrants to vote in presidential elections.
I can only find instances of states, and some municipalities, allowing non-citizens (but not necessarily illegal immigrants) to vote in local elections.

This time you have to provide the source.

meh

Wait what? He was born in loving canada.

He was born in Canada, but he's a US citizen. That's the requirement. His mother is a native born US citizen, making him a US citizen.

The constitution says the following;
Quote
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States

You don't have to be born in the US to be a US citizen and run for Presidency.
