my friend's old headset's battery died and didn't have warranty so we got a new one for him.
he went and got a G633 today, everything works fine except the microphone quality is loving atrocious.
this is a common problem, there are countless of topic about it on Reddit and Logi's forum.
they're all without solution, and the problem still persists. Logitech ignores the topics at this point completely.
we've tried every thought up solution and have been going at it for a few hours now, and pretty much lost hope (which is why im posting here)
did anyone with this headset have the problem, and solved it?
or is it time to call quits on my logitech loyalty and get the money back. (this is like their second most expensive headset, SMH logi)
