my state just made it harder to do. You have to re-do your first two years if you drop out for a GED in addition to everything else. Really a pain in the ass to discourage people.

I'm exiting Junior-High on the May 24th
Are we on the same school district?

the principle looks like a child enthusiast with giant ass eyes, the substitute for science yesterday looks like bernie sanders, and when i asked him something he explained it to me like i was an idio, i called him out on it, and he said this "when... you... show... me... respect... then... ill... treat... you... with... respect..., do... you... understand...?

Education usually consists of 12 "grades," starting at 1st Grade at age 5-6 and ending at grade 12 at the age of 18.

Elementary school usually consists of Grades 1-5, so it has students ages 6-11. Middle school is Grades 6-8 and consists of students age 11-14. High school is where we get strange nomenclatures. It consists of Grades 9-12 and ages 14-18. The first year, Grade 9, is often referred to as Freshman Year. Grade 10 is Sophomore year. 11 is Junior, and 12 is Senior.

It's become pretty ingrained in our system that we call the four years of high school by those names. It's fairly universal.
