Your dream house?

I like something small, not too modern but not too classic either.
And with small I mean really small. Like 10-12-ish square meters with a desk and a small kitchen, just large enough to prepare the most basic stuff. A top floor wich is like a balcony, but on the inside with a bed, closet and bathroom

I want that stuff so bad.

Villas are garbage, they big, open and take a stufflong time to clean

Something humble and cozy, with good layout and architecture. That whole "little homes" fad that's going on right now really appeals to me.

Something designed by me. I would like it to be a modern home, situated on a fairly sizeable piece of land. At least 3000 square feet, with a theater and pool.

My hope is that someday I can afford to design this home and actually build it.

I haven't thought about it to much.
I'd say decent but not huge.
Enough yards space to do stuff in, but not so much that it takes a ton of work to maintain. a good size basement to fit several people to hang out,  maybe with a bar. A nice kitchen.

id love to live in my childhood home again

it was big, had 3 huge pastures, had a huge front and back yard, pretty trees and gardens, beautiful star lit night skies. i wish i could live there again :)))
