I'm getting random advertisements and I don't know where their coming from help

Basically I'm on my computer and at random times I get these ad videos playing in the background, but I can't find them anywhere, I only hear them.
I've only downloaded a few things recently from http://aroundthesims.online.fr/ and my antivirus isn't picking up anything. I closed my browser and shut down the processes but it's still happening. I'm currently running another scan with windows defender.

Get Malwarebytes, you probably have a virus that's just injecting them into pages. Also, if you have Chrome (or maybe Firefox, not sure) you can get an extension called Adblock.

I had this issue on an old desktop like 10 years ago. Two days after I first noticed the ads playing in the background, the computer was completely infested with viruses and my parents needed to get a new one. Win2000 was the most recent operating system though, so I'm sure security has gotten better lol.
