Celsius and Fahrenheit are different.
They use different scales, but they measure the same thing: temperature.

It's just a psychological effect (kinda like the placebo effect). The best ways to avoid becoming lightheaded are to either a) avoid thinking about it, or b) reattributing it to a positive outcome (such as that gas = ice cream instead of that gas = nausea).

(that, or ice cream will start making you feel sick and lightheaded)

(that, or ice cream will start making you feel sick and lightheaded)
I will die

The latter, or just mentally realize there's nothing bad about the gas whatsoever besides the negative connotation you have with it, because others have had the gas and been fine afterwards, so why shouldn't you be?

pretty sure he knows what hes talking about and im also pretty sure this is a placebo effect

I share a whole box of whip-its with a handful of people on like a monthly basis.
I dont think its the same thing, but it feels the same xd

Nah, that will not likely work. It's nearly impossible to change subconscious thoughts/reactions with conscious, rational thought. If you can, then you are amazing.

haha nope

It's only impossible to change subconscious thoughts/reactions with that kid of mentality towards it, otherwise if you're open minded you can pretty much change yourself in almost any way viable, but that would take a forgetton of meditation.

But to remove the negative connotation with this gas is pretty easy, you just evaluate the situation, and realize you had a bad experience from something that for others was a great experience, it's all about perception.

If it was a placebo effect he would have to take something he thinks is the gas or take something that he's told it would have the same effects on him, the placebo effect doesn't just occur at random. Even though I stopped smoking I wouldn't just be walking down the street one day and then suddenly feel high as forget, you have to be in the position to where you're actually ingesting said substance or told you are when you're really not.
