loving hell how do they think bullets work?
sure, there are caseless rounds which are really just tube-assisted rockets but christ these are clearly not caseless rounds
you need a total lack of rational understanding of physical interactions to think this stuff up and not be like "wait. that doesn't make sense. why is it multiple types of metal? why the flat, non-aerodynamic lip on the casing? how does the mildly conic loss of width from lip to tip not make it tumble in the barrel? how does the bullet not fall out of the chamber and into the barrel?"
etc
anyway at the end of the day you could just snipe magneto with a modern tank like a leopard 2, t-90, m1, etc. just load apfsds/apcr/hvap/sabot - unless your country sucks, the rounds will be a mix of tungsten and a softer aerodynamic shell(not the actual sabot bit that flies off when it leaves the barrel), like aluminum.
edit: UNLESS It's a depleted uranium round. they tend to alloy the DU with something harder. often nickel, which obv wont work
nickel is ferromagnetic so gg game theory nice job being a hs dropout
