"This scene depicts a dystopian future where the population was evicted from their homes by the government and forced into shanty towns were most people had to build there homes out of cardboard. The more well off citizens were allowed internet access but were kept under constant surveillance by the government due to the possible danger of illegally downloading copyrighted music. (Which was a huge epidemic at the time.) But this pair of adolescents were mere seconds away from illegally downloading a "Foo Fighters" album before the government sent out a highly trained assassin armed with a C.L.A.M.P or a Criminal Locater And Murder Pistol. What happens when the assassin apprehends a suspect is unknown, But they are thought to be taken to a work camp and forced to make long and complex theories about internet videos that really don't have a backstory and are just here for your entertainment."
