That violates the rule of tincture, the colors of the field are not distinct, the gyronny is not consistent, and the charge is multiple colors without being proper. Not reproducible from a blazon. I will get around to doing this one tomorrow.

Edit: yes, this all makes sense in the context of heraldry.

Could you do a White with black outline one with a bright-purple suited guy in the center? You can choose the design and how it's done and etc if you want
