Server crashign after startup

My friend is having a problems with his server when he starts it up at loading add ons he crashes having this message

- blobcontainer::snapshotbuffer(3)-sqlite error 'database disk image is malformed'. ensure 'C:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/blockland' is writable

Any help?
