Basicly what he does wrong is that he posts links to his "add-on packs" with longer links than the distance to the moon. This causes extreme pagestretch. Also his so called "add-on packs" he has just taken addons and randomly dumped them into a zip files.

It's worth noting that not all of the add-ons in his pack even work. I downloaded addon PAck 10.rar as a sample from his pack, and got this:





Compare this to the files of a working add-on, Ladios' Defraction Gun:



Note the absolute lack of code, sounds, icons, and descriptive .txt files in addon PAck 10.rar.
