Can anyone help me with this?

Ever since i bought Blockland on Steam i couldn't find the addons or saves folder (yes i looked in the steamlibrary/steamapps/common and nothing is there).

Can anyone help with this?

I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but within steamapps/common, there should be a Blockland folder; in there you'll find your add-on and save folders. So the final path would be steamapps/common/Blockland/Add-Ons, for example.

Did you actually install the game even?

Go on singleplayer, build something, anything, then use the save feature.  Then, look for a server and join one, any one.  Wait until all the files are downloaded, leave, then check your folder.

If that does not work, use the Steam "verify game cache" feature

If that does not work, manually create the folders yourself.

Right Click blockland in your steam library, click properties, go to the Local Files tab, then click browse local files.
