Unless you're ordering it directly from Nvidia, instead of a partner or retailer, that shouldn't make a difference.

be prepared to not be able to use it, the drivers are going to crash the stuff out of your games. Also when it does happen come here with what the notification says.

I got it inside the case but I don't have a 8 pin because I misplaced the cables -_-
