it's been done before. I don't think it was active for very long. that's a more useful gauge than whatever people might answer your question with a "yes"

i made that thing nearly four years ago. i hate it.
here it is, though the image urls are dead and i'm not going to bother fixing them.

make your own; i'm sure it'll be way better than mine is.

Awesome but could you get it to work with the Opera internet browser? That's the one I use

this is nearly a year old but I'm going to reply to it anyway for a heads up. Opera is chromium based and any nearly any chrome extension is compatible, you just need this plugin installed and you can install them directly off the chrome store.
