Typing on phone, sorry for misrakes.

For the past few weeks I've been developing a health issue and it's starting to really scare me now.

Essentially, I'll go to sleep just fine but I'll wake up, originally around about 2:30AM but tonight it was TWO hours after I went to sleep, at which point I will throw my guts out. Originally it was just spit bubbles, but now its the proper muck.

After each nightly event I cannot get back to sleep. This is what scares me most as I don't feel like dying by sleep depravation.

I'm going to a doctor tomorrow (it's been a struggle to organise). In the meantime, does anybody know what might be a cause?

australia is the cause

that sounds incredibly uncomfortable

i hope you find a cure asap

tbh you probably have cancer.

Are you nervous about something? Something similar happens to me near finals week.

ouch, hope you get better. you aren't sick in the day, are you?

my cousin has a problem similar to this

im 99% sure its just a stomach issue

have you tried falling asleep in a chair sitting upright instead of laying down?

just curious was "sorry for misrakes" intentional

You live in Australia, just go to the doctors.

oh.

Sounds like a gluten allergy but from the other end. What do I know though.

Move to any country that isn't Australia

could be acid reflex or w/e. have you tried sleeping in a different position?

does the muck burn when coming up?

Just start sleeping with your head progressively higher and higher and see if it helps by adding more pillows for your head.

yeah usually laying down alone can cause this stuff to happen

a week ago i woke up with stomach acid pouring into my loving mouth

stuff burned my throat up, i didn't sleep on a pillow that night

You could be pregnant

No but really, see a doctor, could be just stress or something more serious that needs to be discovered. Until you know exactly what it is, i wouldn't worry, there are many benign causes for something like this.
