And, the MERP pack is complete loving stuff. Only armature servers use those kind of packs to do the hard work of eventing for them.

maybe if you would cut down on those bricks the load would be shorter. if only we had a brickpack specifically designed for small builds or something.

You publicly said that you banned me? You're not even right on this case - You wanted me to wait for about 224 (estimation, since I don't remember how many they were) files. About 80 of these were quick to download. The rest where a chore to wait through JUST so that I can help on developing a map.

I told you that you shouldn't use addons that you won't need for development, wherein you even used the Prodecured Terrain Generator for a server for developing a tabletop RPG. I kept telling you how many giant files there were, and that I had only downloaded 15 of these big files in about 15 minutes or so, and the further I waited into the abyss the larger the files to download became. You told me to wait. When I then asked you who could wait to download that stuffload of things, you told me you could wait for it. No, you couldn't wait for it.

Unfortunately, I took no screenshots, so I can't prove it visually, and I would lose a drama if I made one on this guy. And boy, he said publicly he banned me from development, couldn't just keep it privately, he deserves a drama.

I just wanted to get known for something and you force me to eat all the crap downloads you have on your server just to join it. Now you pay the price. Along with this, which will probably harm your PR unless I suddenly become unreliable to the rest, not many will join your server because they won't be able to wait for all the downloads you want people to wait for.

I didnt say that you're the amateur. I'm saying that a lot of newer MERP servers use the original pack, not yours. Its just my opinion that people use the /original/ pack to excuse themselves from eventing.

I didn't even use PTG, I just forgot to disable it. If you were to wait, you would've seen that I didn't use it.

Heh, everyone would've probably downloaded the bricks from other servers, or they just manually downloaded some of the bricks themselves, so the download wont take so long.

the merp pack is full of poly, however that stuff is CRACK GOOD when it's on D&D.
most of us are entitled to our own ways of using the MERP pack, however i'm more standard to the 2 poles stacked characters

when u ban someone for stuff like that u need to ask yourself if u would be doing the same thing because i would (i am not speaking for most people) get aggravated at the fact i have to wait 30 minutes to get on a merp server with 4000+ files on load

also that stuff does not deserve a ban, only a kick and a warning first

First off, you probably have more than just brickpacks, second, you had PTG enabled in your server, and when I told you about how you won't need that for a table-top RPG you said you would use it. Second, no, you wouldn't wait for those downloads, and you can't just occupy yourself with something else just for a single game that needs 30 minutes to load, or more.

I didn't expect I'd have to download 2 GB just to volunteer on building the tabletop RPG, I didn't shout at you to host the server at all, only nagged you a bit when you didn't say anything about the server for a while, and I am not known as "a really impatient prick" in general.
