old minecraft youtube channels are dying and it's pretty sad

the yogscast's shadow of israphel was loving legendary and speaking of which i just rewatched the whole thing in only one day
but then they stopped making videos on it and just left it to die
now theyve been stuck at 7 mil subs for 3 years now

Literally was thinking of this. July 27th this year will be exactly four years since their last SoI episode upload. Watching their whole survival series on that day.

Wow, I kind of think this is happening to all youtubers, just that people want the new, out with the old.

I think we're starting to meet the end of Youtube in general - not the death of the site, necessarily, but just the good times when videos would go insanely viral and users would always have something to watch. Now, several Youtubers (especialy in gaming genres) are becoming relatively ignored.
