imo and not trying to offend you here insert:

anyone can administrate with following some made-up system to follow that usually isn't necessary. if you need to use some guideline to control a server and can't make the decisions for yourself, then why should you have a place administrating in the first place?

I just naturally follow that guidelines that I placed and always have since I got the game. I pretty much do it so I don't come off as strict by week-banning when someone uses caps or coming off as soft by only warning and never punishing with anything greater than kick. (There ARE admins that are like this)
