I wasn't spamming, but Yato was spamming at me. (I guess thats how you would put it) I asked him to stop and he started spamming that I was a Jew, which I told him I wasn't and my real religion, to which he bombarded the server with that I am a sinner,  which continued, etc.

He spammed a small amount on the server while I was there. Nothing serious at all. It was definitely not worth a perma mute. His spamming is most likely because of the absence of administration, which there is nothing I can do about that, because I can't tell the loving future. I dealed with him while I was on the server, and he refrained from spamming for the time being whilst I was on the server. Apparently he persisted once there was no administration. My punishments inflicted were valid and fitting for the situation being, but now that the situation has escalated, my punishment will escalate.

you treat admin like it's such a complicated system and you have to be extremely sophisticated with your reason to punish them. the guy made it clear beforehand that he's going to be a cunt on the server. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that he'll do it again.
