with all the 90's games releasing in modern engines its safe to say mortal kombat,wolfenstien,and doom are all back and better than ever
focusing on doom though what were your thoughts
i pulled out my old rollerblades and skated around with 90's clothes

it doesn't have everything similar but they were going for a more story enriched version of DOOM

I never heard that i played doom 2 recently (i have an old windows 95 PC and decided i might as well put it to use)
and it was nothing like doom 4

edit:messed up doom 3 was already made and from what i heard it was a remake

None of them are loving remakes.

DOOM 3 is a completely different character, not the same from DOOM 1 and 2.

DOOM 4 is the same character from DOOM 1 and 2 but set in the far future.

Far enough for doom guy's armor to be considered an ancient relic.

DOOM 2 is set on earth by the way, that's why it's not similar, if you knew that.

DOOM 1 and 4 are set on mars.

None of them are loving remakes.

DOOM 3 is a completely different character, not the same from DOOM 1 and 2.

DOOM 4 is the same character from DOOM 1 and 2 but set in the far future.

Far enough for doom guy's armor to be considered an ancient relic.

I didn't say doom 3 was a remake but i considered doom 4 to be a remake since an old doom 1 secret level is in every level
