no, a celebrity pays the exact same amount as anyone else who rents the house, there's no difference between a celebrity tenant and a regular one

are you handicapped because that wasnt what i said at all? the point is that you could make a name for yourself as having hosted an extremely reputable person. im sure it also pleases (not in this case clearly) the other tenants. if they endorsed you or said something good especially so. also "pewdiepie used to live here" im sure is an encouraging thing to say to new potential customers. and evicting one is going to get rapid mindless fan coming after you.
