Im not working at mcdonald's first of all.
My first job is being a real estate investor and I already shelled $13000 in classes.  I bought a package deal (split the cost differences with my business spartner) at a class I took this weekend.  It includes so much stuff I can use at will for the rest of my life including more classes, on-site training, trips to expos, etc.  Also this kind of stuff I'm doing is invitation only so it's not public.  Also I get mentors to help and train me so I don't make costly mistakes and start a business.  I'm really stoked.

I'm one lucky little stuff.

Not at all, I am in very good hands with these teachers/mentors/these companies.
When I go the the las vegas seminars they are taught over the course of a few days by the stars of "Flipping Vegas" themselves live.  Scott and Amie Yancey.  They teach at these real estate seminars in vegas every month and I get unlimited lifetime access to these and so much more.
