Author Topic: Why does religion exist.  (Read 7961 times)

Steven Hawkin is already well aware that death is an endless void. Many, MANY incredibly intelligent people know death is an endless void.

Maybe that should tell you people something. Ignoring the endless void doesn't help find the solution.

Rambo if you want to deny the endless void then have fun with the belief that it doesn't exist.
People don't doubt it exists we're just sick of hearing you say "YOU KNOW WHEN WE DIE THERE'S NOTHING IT'S JUST ETERNAL DARKNESS I THINK I SOUND SMART WHEN I SAY THIS"

Shut the hell up and get a life

Rambo if you want to deny the endless void then have fun with the belief that it doesn't exist.

If anything the endless void should scare more people into finding a solution to overcome it.
yes yes continue ignoring what I'm saying and keep on bringing up the "endless void that awaits us all"

I've never denied the endless void, you'd know that if you actually bother to read the stuff I say.

The light you see when you die, it's your eyes shutting off.

The dead people you see, hallucinations caused by the delirious dying brain.

About 7 minutes (the brain dies in 7 minutes after the heart) of your life flashing through your eyes in dream time. Which dreams appear to last longer than what they are so it could feel like hours/days/weeks/months. Some aren't lucky to experience this because the brain gets destroyed during their death and unable to live the final 7 minutes.

Everything beyond that is the endless void.

okay yeah this stuff is just bait now

there isn't an endless void

there isn't anything

you - that is, your consciousness, not the full you - is your brain. when your brain ceases to function... well, it's a lot like when a computer loses power. there is no void of blackness or whatever. you cease to process information.

this can happen without you actually dying, by the way. ever get put properly put under for surgery? you only remember the drift to unconsciousness, and then you wake up. there's no period of time in between.

death is like that, but without the waking up part

Stop preaching to the loving choir

If you don't agree then you're welcome to debate instead of screaming.

Even when I'm put under I'm still able to dream.

You can't dream when you're dead.

You and rambo have been doing nothing but screaming the entire time.

except that's what we have been doing this entire time and instead of you responding to us you just constantly bring up the void.

we get it, there's a void, cool, but don't be like "let's have a conversation" after dismissing literally everything we say.

You and rambo have been doing nothing but screaming the entire time.

no one's taking you seriously because as soon as someone asks you a question that inhibits your ideals you just ignore it and bring up that stuff again as bait.

Yeah I see what you mean this really sounds like screaming

cancer
I'm getting cancer from you constantly shoving this stuff down our throats. We get it, you believe there's nothing after death. Shut up.
