How do I use the Train Mod?

I had been wanted to testing it to make it work again but, I don't see some instructions.

sylvanor's linked one is broken. Chrisbot released a fixed version for the current blockland version in january; look for that topic and its download instead

That's good there is now a patched version but, is there some tutorial for one track and what I would need to make it work.

You first start by laying track. Read Zeblote's tutorial in the thread that Sylvanor posted for tips on that.
After the track has been laid, go over it with track guides to let the train know that the thing it's sitting on can be followed as track.
Finally, place a vehicle spawn of some description over the track and spawn your train. There are commands to make it run, and I think they're explained in chrisbot's thread.
