Having color problems with AvatarOptions.

 For the longest time I've been unable to add new colors or change default colors in my AvatarOptions menu.
I've dealt with this issue for a few years, but only now is it bothering me. I'm highly doubtful this has anything to do with any form of add-on problems, due to the fact that I've only recently discovered how to even get add-ons.

 When I go into the color set menu and make colors, no matter what I do they will not 'save.' If I create a color, ridiculously add a bunch of the same color, they will not show up. Nor will it scroll down to any empty space. If I add literally tons of that color, majority of the default colors will disappear as if I was at the bottom of the selection, and the rest will be unclickable solid black with still no scroll option. If I modify a default color, it will disappear and be replaced by a duplicate of one of the neighboring default colors when I click to apply it.

 The only place I ever see these custom colors (the entire ridiculous amount of the same added color will appear here as well) is in the Hood/Helmet's visor color options. And here, I will just get a transparent version of it.


 Has anyone else had this issue and/or know of a way to correct it? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I apologize for getting back to this so late. I stopped playing Blockland for a while. However, your pictures seem to showcase a different issue. I have no problem with the appearance of any faces or decals I have. However, if you actually are having the same issues as I have explained, I do have pictures.

I have added my color, the scroll bar shows it's there at the bottom.

After hitting save my color is not there. I have no option to scroll, and where the color would be, there are the usual unclickable black squares. (This is present in the color options for all body parts except for the 'visor' color options)

But there it is in my 'visor' color choices, as well as a few other custom colors I have tried to make.

I have gone back in and made a larger amount of the color.

After saving the mass of colors, still nothing.

But of course the mass is present in the visor options.

Now I attempt changing a default color, the first red color.

After hitting save, the red which would now be my custom color has disappeared. Though, the duplication of neighboring colors did not occur this time.

However, the replaced red appears as my custom color in the visor color options.

Finally, I add a ton of the custom color.

Like the duplication effect, the disappearing of most defaults and the inability to scroll did not occur this time. However, the ton of colors are there in the visor options.


I will restate and add though, that this is not likely an add-on problem. I have had this problem long before I knew how to use and apply add-ons. This has nothing to do with faces/decals or anything in the AvatarOptions BUT the colors. This issue occurs no matter where I open the AvatarOptions menu. This is not a Steam related issue. I had Blockland before it was available through Steam (though possibly not this account, I had to buy it twice), I was not a Steam user most of the time it has been available and I do not have it linked with my Steam at all. Both purchases were made through the Blockland website.


Any and all Help/Feedback to correct this issue will still be appreciated.
