This is just a small modification of Client_FavServers that highlights your servers cyan in the server list to speed up finding your own server.

If you're trying to join your own server, you can just IP connect to 127.0.0.1 assuming it's hosted on the same computer (which it appears to be from that not dedicated server).

I was just hosting that server as an example for the screenshot. If I were to host a public server I would use a VPS or service as do quite a few people these days. Also some people host more than one server at a time.
