i accidentally extracted around 200 (actually 2000) files onto my desktop

so i tried to extract files from my minecraft and they all ended up on my desktop

its never responding, nothing shows up, and it always crashes and restarts when i click on it

Try just letting your PC load for an hour or two. If that doesn't work then hard shut it down / start it back up, though doing this may screw things up.
