Rim of snake head hurts when erect

It may sound rlly weird but this is a serious question, Blockland forums has helped on health problems before so maybe you might know, So about 4 days ago I started to have a pain in the rim of the head of the snake, It has increased since and its spreading inward a little bit, Looks like it has started to swell a little bit and the pain is getting to be unbearable,  I can barely sleep anymore because it wakes me up, Also it is now loveualy transmitted.
