I've actually been using its delta-V page, but I didn't realize it was a whole website! Thanks!
I'll add you as Russia.

Introducing a Delta V map of the Solar System:

You can tell which ones were there originally and which ones I cobbled together. The ΔV values for Triton, Ceres, and Pluto are a bit rough, let me know if anyone has accurate numbers. Maneuver windows soon (tm).

With renewed interest in space going in to the third decade of the 2000's, the issue becomes one of national interest in Russia proceeding the 2021 Duma elections. The results were a bit of a shock, with the United Russia party still holding power, but a somewhat more moderate and pro-space electorate entering the Duma.

The head of the RFSA makes bold claims, stating his belief that Russia has the technology and might to make it to the moon within fifteen years, if only merely to say that Russia had been there. At that he claims that Russia has the capability to send its own vehicles to Mars and the outer planets given sufficient resources. The timeframe would remain about the same for such missions.

Internally the RFSA quietly begins seeking replacements for the venerable Soyuz programme, which had been the flagship launch system of Russia for some forty years, and being mostly responsible for the crew changes aboard the ISS for nearly a decade and a half.

Publicly the RFSA discusses the plausibility of building rockets with the lift to get to the moon, or using existing platforms.

Ukraine publicly demands that the new Duma ought to end the illegal occupation of Crimea and Sevestapol. Although violence has gradually died out over the last few years, the annexation is still widely unrecognized internationally, and unrest remains.

Australia begins preparations for several high earth orbit satellites to aid communications relaying for later exploration craft

First, we ask that most countries are okay with this, as the satellites may orbit over their lands. if all goes well the orbit will preferably be in a "plus" or cross shape over the globe with satellites on opposite ends.

Australia's finest orbital mechanics engineers have devised a quality diagram to show how the orbit of the satellites will function

The black pluses represent satellites, the blue paths, their orbit. mind that it goes around the planet.

I'm not sure how specific I need to be so if you have suggestions feel free

I call Germany's Space Program

DLR (German Aerospace Center) begins its work by testing multiple engines, and testing different materials in a controlled environment.

I call Germany's Space Program

A space program opens in Germany, and its existence is announced to the world. Their names is DSA (Deutschland Space Agency).

Germany's Space Program begins its work by testing multiple engines, and testing different materials in a controlled environment. Research in Reusable Boosters begins in Germany's Space Program.
*Cough*
Did you miss the part where Germany is already participating in the ESA (European Space Agency), and has the DLR (German Aerospace Center)?

Also, you don't have any tech points to buy Reusable Boosters with. You don't research techs over the span of a year; you accumulate points and can spend them instantly on techs.

It's an excellent plan, though I have no clue how you'll accomplish it without a space program of any kind. :P

You could always make a Kickstarter!

Fixed

It's an excellent plan, though I have no clue how you'll accomplish it without a space program of any kind.

These plans will be used as a kickstart to the beginning of Australia's adventures into the stars, a government funded space program emerges out of the hype to explore. New Zealand is invited to co-operate with funding and research. if they accept, the program will be dubbed ANZAC and an aerospace centre will be built for research and construction. The Australia New Zealand Aerospace Center.

Fixed
Sorry if I wasn't clear - you still play as nations, but you'll have to work with Britain and France (the other ESA leaders) and vice versa.

New Zealand accepts. ANZAC is born, but it will take time to get on its feet and be launch-capable.

Fixed again.

News continues rising of several engine tests by this private company - now known to the public under its real name, Stratum. The government has yet to make a statement on this, though rumors also appear that this private initiative might push the British branch of the ESA into action.

In reality, the goverment knows quite a lot. They know where the test sites are, and by data such as the power consumption and the history of Stratum resource acquisitions, they can tell roughly what this company is doing. What they don't know is what Stratum might be planning, and finding out by force would make for some very bad press.

The Duma reacts with apathy, if there is anybody in the Duma who believes in an end to the occupation of Ukraine they're being quiet about it.

Otherwise, the Duma and RFSA try to find space *BA DUM TISS* in the budget to expand the space program, should need be.

Ukraine, frustrated and furious, begins seriously considering integration with the West. In order to meet requirements to enter the EU, they begin a campaign of democratization and attempts to reduce corruption. Time will only tell if this is successful.

In addition, public calls for NATO membership have only increased since 2014, and now make up a majority of citizens. After a successful public referendum, the government now seeks membership. The United States, as the leader of NATO, must approve.
