Author Topic: When I load a map, some JVS doors break  (Read 570 times)

When I load a map that has jvs, (and i've had this problem for a while now) some JVS doors are breaking. The brick is still there, it's just invisible

What I see on some bricks when I load:

Again, not all of the doors are invisible., as you can see:

The events, including the doors that are invisible are still present and work, there's just no present door, as seen below:

Until I get this fixed I'm unable to host the majority of my older games as they use JVS. Help please!

is it completely invisible or is rendering turned off?

I think there's an rtb pref for how many I've doors should be created. Check that one?

Thanks loads for pointing this out, I would've never guessed!

if rendering is on it shows as it as a plain 1x6x5 brick or however big it is

I have this problem too, except that the door is not invisible, only the events have vanished, including collision and raycasting turned off. This is when I loaded a JVS map that was old. So, you are not the only one!

You can replace all the JVS but, if they have a lot of events in them or there is a crap-ton of JVS doors then that might be a problem.
