imo the board tiling looks ugly. it works sorta for the wooden floor (cause thats how wooden floors are made, assuming the wood isnt a consistent color) but the tiled side areas dont really make sense, and ignoring that, looks way too busy/distracting/messy.
the stadium as a whole looks neatly designed though its not clear why the roof is so high or the entire thing is so huge for such a small floor. looks sorta like a warehouse tbh. try using brighter/lighter colors.
