this is just something i decided to come up with, i'm just curious.

any joke responses are going to be removed, so don't bother

edit: i made a brand new survey.
this has choices and overall looks a bit nicer.

these questions are not very good. half of them are pretty vague. like, emulator for what? other operating systems? video games? and if so, still vague. I may really like both project64 and dolphin, but comparing them is like comparing apples and oranges, they emulate entirely different systems with entirely different games. media player is vague too. there are many kinds of media, and people probably use different players for specific types. "system tools" is incredibly vague. what does that even mean? you've got two examples there but they are completely unrelated, and therefore provide very little insight into what you're asking for
also, about the emulator question, that's kinda weird to include. I don't think emulator usage is widespread enough to justify a whole option in such a general poll. that'd probably be something someone would put in the "other" section
edit: not to mention the fact that every question aside from "other" is required lol. like, a butt ton of people probably don't use emulators, "system tools", or dedicated archiving software

I'd be much happier responding to a poll with more options that are more specific. like, what text editor you use, file browser, music player, etc

Also why aren't the questions  something we can quote and fill out so everyone here can see them and discuss?

hm. this is actually a good idea. i think i'll reimprovise this and actually add choices and what not.

forms just felt a bit better so i could get a better realization of it. there's a overview page, but it's not that good. would it be better if i just made a newer topic with the options already there?

>all of these 7-zip users

holy stuff. i literally thought i was weird for using 7-zip because everyone used to use winrar and 7-zip was rare

i've always used 7zip

i made a new survey that seems more likely to work. maybe give this one a shot, if you so choose.

edit: whoever put this

some linux distros have this enabled by default. this is for people who have it on windows or mac or something.
