How can I politely tell my parents that they drive like stuff?

i tell my mom shes handicapped with 21st century like every week.
there are only so many times you can spend 20 minutes on the phone explaining to someone every week, how to attach a jpeg onto an email, that they need to be told they have a disability.

Well, I always hesitate to stand up to other people. I told them earlier today at lunch and they said that I was such a pusillanimous individual.

I even told them about the accidents they ran into but their argument was "it wasn't my fault, the other car hit me, not the other way around", which is true.

Don't get in the car with them. If they want to threaten their lives and the lives of others that's up to them, there's no reason why you should have to risk your life too.
