Why the forget are we debating over the definition of Organization and Movement instead of focusing on the loving topic

Because you can't label a movement as a terroristic organization. They do not hold the structure that would allow us to note a difference between "Terrorist" and "Supporter". CIA supporters are not terrorists. CIA members are terrorists. We can label CIA a Terrorist Organization because they are organized and structured, with a clear distinction between members and supporters

It's like trying to label the concept of Jihad as a terrorist organization. It's not an organization, it's a movement,.

you're legally allowed to organize a protest without fear of penalty. However, when things get out of hand, ie scuffles with police, rocks thrown, you can only arrest the culprits of that, not the entire movement
