The thing is, like, the 'big spenders' on online game communities tend to not be super-rich people with too much money. They're middle-class folks with spending addictions. Same goes for chronic gamblers at casinos.

At least if he's a kid, it's possible he's just a rich kid with access to far more money than he should.
