Yes, but Czechoslovakia isn't communist. This is a crCIA between a fascist and a democratic nation, so only democracies and fascist nations are relevant.

Perhaps due to friction between cultures, two Japanese diplomats become so annoyed with some of the German diplomats in Japan that they end up saying something like "baka" over and over again.

The German diplomats are understandably annoyed and say some things they shouldn't have in return. The news is printed everywhere in Germany, and one politician remarks that "we were foolish to consider them honorary Aryans."

nah, stalin and Riddler were iconic ideological foes and even reasonable assertions by one another would probably be called out as lies

they both knew the historical non-aggression pact was going to be broken, but stalin underestimated the ability of the third reich to deal with overextension
