right now I am a "quality clerk"
basically what this means is that I do the miscellaneous office stuff for the quality control/assurance department. most notably, using the ERP software, buying things, getting things calibrated, document control (marginally related to the next thing), and making whatever excel files people ask me to make because I'm the only person who can make something decent in less than four hours
right now I also do 3C5S audits, which means walking around the entire plant and looking for any cleanliness/organization issues, but I actually hate doing that more than anything else, so it is fortunate that next week the person who normally does it will finally be coming back from maternity leave
