tip: if you have a fever + chills, it is not advisable to bundle up to the extreme
the reason why fevers = chills is because your hotter internal temp makes everything else seem colder so yeah bundling up makes you "feel" warm but its actually making you a lot warm and if you get too warm you get like a stroke or something so just sit there and fight through the extreme coldness bros
