yee a friend of mine whos wanting to build a computer later keeps telling me that he's gonna get a high-spec gpu and cpu... but then a single harddrive. like an SSD is basically essential if you want your computer to run fast

and i wouldn't reccomend getting literally just an SSD - id say that it would be best if you have a 250gb-500gb SSD for storing your OS, programs and some small games on, and then a 1-2TB harddrive for storage where speed isn't too important
