Just peaking at the add-ons as normal then I took a look at the latest posts and saw this. Looks like some one is trying to get there post count up, I check his posts, they are pretty much pointless like saying its good and/or just saying its use like

I don't see a problem with it. He is involving himself in the community and it's not like he has an absurd post to time being here ratio. He's only up to 4 posts a day.

But, it'd be recommended for him to include some more content to his posts. And, to keep on track with the topic in others. That's about all I can complain about.

Post Whoring, simple as that. I've seen people do it just to be a "higher member" so they think they are so pwn when really they haven't been around for long and just whoring up the forums with pretty much pointless posts.
