The FBI found her guilty of breaking the law(through mishandling classified information), but didn't sentence her to anything. She is above the law, but should have gone to prison.

To further explain: She set up email servers in her house, knowing that it was the wrong thing to do. She lied about having it / lied about there being classified info on it. When the FBI finally found out, and got their hands on the servers, they got all of the information from many e-mail servers she used, and there were in fact classified documents on the server.
