i did pay upfront the forget are you on? went to the store and bought the card, put 20$ on it and went home
i didn't know or think that just by using a service that allows me to buy things from websites and adding money to said website would require me to tell them everything about me all the way down to the length of my loving asscrack
maxx what is age set for checking accounts in your state? also spend the money on like bitcoin because you won't get some money back

PayPal made it abundantly clear to me that you needed to be 18 to use it when I made my account. And given it's a money-transfer service that can draw funds straight from bank accounts it was pretty clear that faking your age is not like lying to a webforum to say you're 13.

You're at fault for not looking at their T&C's in anyway beforehand.
Tbh, this basically proves PayPal's point, you're not old enough to be financially responsible.
