Its a black and white Crown Victoria still equipped with some interior extras (stab proof captains seats in front, vinyl seats in back, plastic floor, white/red interior lighting plus stock lights, central trunk release in addition to stock release, a button to remove key and leave engine running, etc) while exterior still has fully functional spotlight, police spec tires and brakes, police rims with chrome centers, a pushbar/bullbar/whatever you wanna call it equipped on front bumper, etc.

Make sure your car is properly road worthy.
All lights work, no jagged parts, tires with proper grip, insurance, tax, etc.. Whatever the rules are in your state.

Police probably want a chat to warn you about driving safe and to stop joyriding. If they wanted to charge you for a crime they probably would have turned up at your doorstep.
